There are two reasons why your account might be locked.
- When an account has been inactive for 120 days the user is automatically locked out.
- Your company administrator has disabled your account.
In both instances, for company users, the solution is to contact your company administrator to ask for your account to be unlocked.
The support desk is unable to give out the contact details of your company administrator.
If you are a public user you can contact the support desk for further assistance.
If you are the company administrator please contact email@example.com to ask for your account to be unlocked.
If you are a company_user of either "UK Academia" or "Sole Individuals" companies, your company administrator is firstname.lastname@example.org please contact them to ask for your account to be unlocked
