How Do I Keep Track Of My Tickets?
To see tickets submitted to the NDR support team, you can log in to the support page. Logging into the support page is not the same as the NDR Portal so does need a different password. If you use the same email as you have used when submitting support requests, you will be able to see all your interactions and their status.
Once logged in go to "my activities" and you can see a summary of your interactions.
Here you can see the status of your tickets.
By clicking on any of the tickets you can see the conversation.
