Q: I don't know who my company administrator is.
A: The support desk is unable to give out details of who your company administrator is. We would recommend talking to your colleagues to find out who it is.
Q: Can I perform bulk edits on multiple files?
A: Edits to either the Files table or the ProjectID table can only be applied one at a time.
Q: How do I delete a file I uploaded incorrectly?
A: The system is designed not to allow deletions. If you have uploaded the wrong file, or a file to the wrong project, then please submit an edit data request and in the free text explain what is wrong. These files can then be hidden.
Q: Where can I find things like shape files and North Sea Production data?
A: Shapefiles are available directly from NSTA GIS services. Information such as North Sea Production data is also available on the NSTA website.
Q: The file I have downloaded is corrupt or the headers are incomplete.
A: If a file loaded to the NDR is not usable, submit a missing data request and explain the issue with the existing file in the free text box.
