To access the Completeness Inventory, a Company Data Manager should click the
"File Count" number for the Project ID they wish to update.
The Completeness Inventory will then display the following page.
CTAGs are highlighted with the Completeness Inventory information that was migrated
from the legacy NDR.
A Company Data Manager can mark items as "Not Available" or "Not Acquired", if an
item is marked in error, the Company Data Manager should use the "Deselect" column
to undo the setting.
Once they have completed their input, the Company Data Manager needs to scroll to
the bottom of the page to check, comment and confirm the acquisition and availability
settings on behalf of their organisation.
At this point, a comment supporting the selected status is required and the Confirm
checkbox needs to be checked.
These submissions will then be processed. It can take some time for the settings to
display - they should be visible in the system within 48 hours.
Download Completeness Reports
Under Data Submission/Manage Completeness
It is possible to download completeness report matrices.
Select which Projects you wish the completeness report for. The list shows only the ProjectIDs for the company for which you are the data_manager
They can then be downloaded grouped by either Well/SurveyID or Project ID.
The completeness matrix report collects all projects of the same NDR9 or Well-ID together into a single entry, where the output is a single row per Well-ID or NDR9.
This has caused confusion for company users looking to review their completeness for seismic against Project ID rather than SurveyID.
The three Buttons for generating completeness reports are:
- “Download Completeness Reports (grouped by Well ID or Survey ID) with extra well data from GIS (slower to run)”
- This is the existing completeness matrix report, which collects all projects of the same Survey ID or Well ID together into a single entry, and the output is a single row per Well ID or Survey ID.
- This report has additional information about any wells extracted from the NSTA GIS system (GIS attributes COMPLESTAT, SPUDDATE, DATETDREAC and COMPLEDATE). This additional data extraction during the report creation means that running this report can take several minutes
- “Download Completeness Reports (grouped by Well ID or Survey ID) no GIS (quicker to run)”
- This is the output as the existing completeness matrix report, which collects all projects of the same Survey ID or Well ID together into a single entry, and the output is a single row per Well ID or Survey ID.
- This report is much faster than the first report for wells, as it does not go and query the NSTA GIS for each well to get additional well information. The output rows and columns are the same as the first report, but this one has blank entries in the additional GIS well information columns.
- “Download Completeness Reports (grouped by Project ID)”
- This outputs a completeness matrix report where the output primary key for each row is Project ID. Any Well or Survey that is part of more than one project will have an output row for each project.
- This report is the fastest as it is just reporting per NDR project
