It is possible to add the same file to more than one Well - this is known as a duplicate.
During upload the system runs a check based on the SHA512 of a file being loaded to see if it already exists in the system.
A duplicate file is essentially a single instance of reportable information and therefore is described in a singular way, with a single instance of metadata and CTAGs across more than one Well.
The CTags will be the same for the file across all the Wells it is loaded to.
If you feel the metadata and/or CTAGs should be different between the Wells, then the file should be altered for each Well and uploaded to the corresponding Wells with differing metadata.
