June 2026 NDR User Interface Update
This release contains the following updates:
Projects Table - Manage Inventory
Files Table - Edit Window
Map Window - Item selection Popup Window
Projects Table - Manage Inventory
The “Manage Inventory” Window for each project has been updated, CTAG’s that are already available do not show options for “Deselect”, “Unavailable” and “Not Acquired”. This reduces the opportunity for incorrect selection.
The “Deselect” option is also not shown if either “Unavailable” or “Not Acquired” have previously been selected.
The “Deselect” radio button is shown if there is no entry for the CTAG in the project and “Unavailable” and “Not Acquired” have not been selected. In this case, the Deselect radio button will deselect both the “Unavailable” and “Not Acquired” radio buttons, in case they have been accidentally selected in the current session.
The “Deselect” radio button does not allow the user to remove an already set “Unavailable” or “Not Acquired” option. If these have been previously accidentally set, then please raise a ticket with support to have them removed.

The “Submit” Button will remain grey and inactive until one of “Unavailable” or “Not Acquired” have been selected and completed. Once one of these have been selected and the relevant comment box filled in and the confirm tickbox checked, the Submit button will become active and turn green.
If the “Unavailable” or “Not Acquired” have been selected by mistake, the user can deselect them by clicking the “Deselect” radio button. This will also remove the relevant comment and confirm boxes. Just clicking the “Deselect” radio button on its own will not activate the submit button.
Clicking the active green submit button will then submit the inventory update, any rows with the “Deselect” option selected will be ignored.

Files Table - Edit Window
The Files Edit Window now has an option to suggest corrections for ITAGs that have been set. If an ITAG has not yet been set for that file, then the ITAG will not be shown as an option in the Edit Window. The ITAG suggestion will not be applied, but is flagged and recorded for the NSTA to evaluate ITAG accuracy. Other edits made at the same time will still be applied.

Map Window - Item selection Popup Window
The map item selection pop-up window now has more information for Wells, and for all information, the user can click on the value to copy it to their clipboard. The click-to-copy feature is also now in the Project Table side window.
