This release contains the following updates:
Upload - Seismic document classification
Upload - Seismic document classification
A document classification scheme has been added to the upload interface. This will assign ITAGs and provide suggestions for CTAGs for PDF files in seismic projects.
The PDF document is read in, and the text in the PDF document is used to assign one or more of the available CTAGs:
"REPORT_ACQUISITION"
"REPORT_PROCESSING"
"REPORT_INTERPRETATION"
"SUPPORTING_INFORMATION"
"OBSERVER_LOG"
“LEGACY LOADING SHEET”
"SOURCE_SIGNATURE"
If the document does not match any of these CTAGS, then it will be assigned the "SUPPORTING_INFORMATION" CTAG. The user can accept or reject the proposed CTAGs, and if accepting them, can still edit them to different CTAGs if required in the upload interface before uploading.
Upload table showing pdf files with suggest CTAGs and assigned ITAGs
Once the upload table is populated, the PDF file can be previewed and scrolled through if required by clicking on the filename in the table. This will open the preview window. The top of the preview window shows the data compliance status and the suggested CTAGs. For each suggested CTAG, the confidence level of the match is shown as a percentage along with the number of pages, the first and last page that match the CTAG. Also shown, if applicable, are those CTAGs that were not selected but did match some of the document, but not to a high enough confidence level.
The “Previous Page” and “Next Page” buttons allow the user to scroll through the PDF file.
