Well Data API Download

Your organisation needs to have registered or renewed your credentials for metadata API access via the UK NDR. Only company_administrators can do this.

To do this please follow this support document Metadata API Functionality

Once you have registered for the metadata API (above), you will additionally have to contact ndr@nstauthority.co.uk to request the download API access.

Once you have been granted download API access you can start using this API.

An example Python program, ukndr_download_data_v2.py, is available to help you get started. A SHA512 digest is available in the Well data API documentation to verify the integrity of this Python program.

Each company that has had download access approved by the NSTA has an annual 1TB allowance, which resets on the 1st January each year. Further data allowance can be purchased by contacting NDR Support.
